Production and Technologies

We built a Haiyang Factory with an annual production capacity of 110,000 tons and more than 150 staff in October 2016. We developed five major series of products including more than 60 models, i.e., hybrid polyester resin, TGIC curing polyester resin, Primid polyester resin, PT910 polyester resin and PU polyester resin. We established a central programmed control system with international advanced level for fine management of the whole process ranging from feed preparation, charging to packaging. We have a number of advanced inspection and testing equipment and instruments for polyester resin to ensure a stable and excellent performance of the raw materials and our products.

We have two high-quality professional R&D teams including more than 20 persons led by chief industry experts. Following the market demands and hot spots closely, the two teams improve and develop new products continuously to meet the customers’ changing demands and lead the industry’s development trend. They shorten the R&D cycle of products greatly and accelerate the upgrading and updating of products, thus making our company become a comprehensive pace-setter in the domestic and overseas polyester resin industry markets.
